هدبورینگ قابل تنظیم NAREX Morse 5 برای انجام عملیات دقیق بورینگ داخلی، بزرگکردن قطر سوراخ، Facing و ایجاد پله و شیار داخلی در ماشینهای فرز و بورینگ استفاده میشود.

هدهای NAREX VHU در عملیات بورینگ سوراخ، Spot Facing، Recessing، ماشینکاری قطر خارجی، بورینگ مخروطی، Facing پشت و حتی رزوهکاری کاربرد دارند. شفتهای Morse 5 نیز برای خانواده VHU ارائه میشوند.

For Vhs 40-180 can be used set of boring tools VDSK 32 mm or individual boring tools for Vhu
Vhs – adjustable boring heads are used for precision boring of cylindrical holes on boring machines or on the other machine tools. They can be used on CNC machines with automatic exchange of the tool as well. taper shank VK801 (for Vhs 40-180) are exchangeable – they aren't part of the head's body.
Clamping holes in slide are circular or combined for clamping of circular or four-edged tool's body profile. Adjustable boring heads Vhs are delivered in wooden boxes with basic accessories. For enlargement of boring possibilities can be delivered sets of boring tools VDSK 32 (for Vhs 40-180).
Body (1) is the basic of the head. It is settled by the flange for clamping of exchangeable taper shank VK360 or VK801 (Vhs 40-180). In the bottom of the body is crossways given slide (2). Slide position against the body is adjusted by locking bolt (4). Screw with scale (3) is for dimension adjusting. By its turning is slide (2) shifted. By turning screw with scale (3) for one division slide shifts for 0,005 let us say diameter of boring hole is extended for 0,001mm for Vhs 5-50 and Vhs 10-125.
